WALK TO RUN Program

Never run before?  Want to try?  Planning or hoping on running a charity or corporate 5km event?  Learn to apply the basic principles of yoga to running. Join team Rise & Shine Roadrunners as we guide you through a 10-week Learn to Run program. Absolutely no prior running experience is necessary. Starting from standing Mountain Pose, the first yoga posture that you learned, you’ll be running continuously for 30 minutes in just 10 short weeks!rr.jpgHave you run before? Did you find running just too difficult to be enjoyable? Did you suffer through injuries? This program helps you change your focus and shows you how to run stress free!  This program is also perfect for runners needing a jump start to their routine!
